This is a beautiful Papo figure that is even better "in person" than in the image on this page. The Butterfly Elf is decorated with lovely, tiny sparkles, and the colors are pleasing to the eye. She stands very well; she makes a wonderful little figure for a little girl's room. Her face is very gentle. Her arms are spread in loving welcome. Such is the detail of this figure that you can see her individual figures on her free hand and on her "butterfly-holding" hand.

I bought this figuirine for my 4 1/2 year old daughter. She loves to use it to make up fairy tale stories with her castle. The figurines are durable enough to withstand little hands but also appeal to her "I want to be a big girl" attitude. We have a growing collection of Papo figurines and I recommend them. One caution, the wands are subject to breaking off if play gets too rough.

This is my favorite of all of the fairies my daughter received for Christmas this year, such beautiful details and while she has a delicate figurine looks he is very sturdy for little girl play.
