How cool can you get?! I am such a fan of the Papo dinosaurs, I can't even begin to say. I have nothing but praise for these remarkable dino reproductions!! The 2008 addition to the Papo dino line is this very cool Allosaurus - who looks like he's sneaking up on a tasty treat of some kind...great, vicious pose. The '08 Allosaurus is Papo's first dinosaur that isn't based directly on the dino designs from the Jurassic Park movies, and it's really a fantastic rendering. I love the spikes along the spine, and the rough skin and neat coloring. I hope they have a new addition for their line each year - this Allosaurus is just wicked! You cannot go wrong with the Papo dinos. There are no better dinosaur toys available. Papos are quite simply the very best, hands down!!

Just purchased this item. This is the most accurate Allosaurus replica available short of an expensive museum statuete. Papo has done it again.
Stance, detail, it is all here. If you collect dinosaur figures, this is a MUST HAVE!!

I just got my Papo allosaurus, wow! My favorite dinosaur is Allosaurus and finally, i came across this Papo Allosaurus, its so realistic, i dont normally buy things online, but when I saw this I had to get it. It describes Allosaurus so acuratley, its VERY detailed and so beautiful im going to buy more of Papo's dinos. They're not necessarily [JUST] toys, these are very educational, and they are for ALL ages. It looks even better than I thought. The Papo allosaurus is(in my opinion) the best and most beautiful dinosaur toy for sale, and its worth every penny!

I just received mine yesterday and am very impressed, yet again! I started with the T-Rex simply because I'm a huge JP fan, and was amazed with the detail and quality. I went on to purchase the velociraptor and was simply blown away again! I've been holding off on the Spino only because I keep telling myself I don't need to collect anything else, but once I saw the photos of the new Allosaurus I had to have it! The pose is very dynamic and the detail is amazing! These toys are very hefty for their size and almost makes them feel real! The only issue I have is mine doesn't stand up on it's own, but after sliding a dime under one of the toes he now stands on his own two feet.

Highly reccomended!!!

This is a wonderful dinosaur. The jaw is hinged and you wouldn't know it to look at it. The paint job and the texture of the skin is superb. The only trouble a younger child may have with it is standing it up on two legs. It is fine enough to be a gift for the 50 year old child who still loves plastic animals. An artist friend of mine thinks the tails are too short, but I'm not that picky.
